Trust In Us Values

Malachi has a set of organizational values that are in line with its mission and which define the acceptable standards which govern the behaviour of those who work for it.

These values, arrived at through lengthy and thorough consultation, provide a framework for the collective leadership of the organisations. They are also there to encourage a common code of behaviour and a framework to guide and support the delivery of all we do.
